Review our driver requirements before applying. One year of truck driving experience is our benchmark. We make exceptions to this requirement for military drivers and those that are close to one year of experience.
Truck Driver Qualifications
- At least 23 years old
- Valid Class A CDL from Texas, New Mexico or Tennessee
- One year of verifiable OTR experience with a tractor-trailer
- Pass a DOT Commercial Driver Physical Exam
- No more than three moving violations in the past 36 months
- No DWI, DUI or drug convictions in the last seven years and no more than one in history
- Can account for all employed and unemployed periods in the previous ten years
- All potential hires are contingent on passing a drug and road test

What to bring on day one: Paperwork for orientation
New drivers get to meet the team and ask questions during our one-day orientation. Make sure you bring:
- Long-form Medical Card
- Two forms of ID
- Banking information for direct deposit
